You forgot one thing about the Jolt Forums. The masses upon masses of RP threads. And lest we forget, the World Assembly WAS the United Nations before Max Barry got a letter from the real United Nations that they didn’t like their name being used with his game.

I think they’d call themselves ‘Circuit Buster’.

And as for Myanmar: it’s ruled by the military. As such, they probably have all kinds of plans to attack other countries and other plans to defend against those same other countries. I think they were too scared to admit anyone else in their country because they feared another country would seize the opportunity to overthrow them.

Circuit City is a big company. There’s one about 30 kilos by my house-and a Blockbuster closer. I think this would be interesting, and a “Buster City” would definitely be fun to check out. But it just might not be economical.

Superdelegates…. well, I don’t know if you know, but about 1/4 to half of them are either willing or going to vote for the candidate who wins in the popular vote (Obama pretty much has it sealed up) count. That way, the party isn’t split between Clinton and Obama plus we get a nice, clean win by Barack.

I’m not too sure that Blockbuster and Circuit City would be a good synergy. They have different niches and I think it would be an error. They’d be better off buying a hardware manufacturer (if they haven’t already) to push an own brand label. I live in the UK and don’t know much about Circuit City apart from it’s a big company.

Super-delegates – I don’t approve of the system. There’s too much of this sort of thing in US politics – the idea that you cast a vote and then someone else ( a party delegate or a state electoral college) decides what that means. It’s not an open and fair method for electing anyone.
